Our Construction Team

Our construction team consists not only of the builders; but the architect, designers and all necessary personel to help you sail through the process of designing and building your home in Turkey.

Our architect will listen to your requirements and take your ideas on board before designing draft plans. You will then be given as much time as it takes to decide the exact design you want for your house, when you are happy with the draft it will be finalised and made into 3D pictures. This will allow you to see the finished house in all its glory.



The Construction Process

We understand that it is not an easy decision to construct your own property in Turkey and many factors need to be considered. When you are happy to proceed we have fully furnished apartments for you to stay in here in Side, while we help you find the right plot of land and the right design.

Land

We have many plots of land available in all shapes and sizes in Side and the surrounding area. From a one-bedroom private house to a large complex we have land to meet your needs. When you have found the plot that suits you, we can arrange all legal paperwork for you to purchase the land as the first step towards your dream home.

Building

Our contruction team can build your home to any specifications, costing £400-700 (500-900€) per square metre. Every detail of the construction from bricks and mortar to taps and tiles will be your choice, together we can make the right decisions. You can have as much or as little input into every aspect and every stage of the building process. All materials and the construction come with a 10-year guarantee for your peace of mind.

Cost

As we mentioned the property construction costs are between £400-700 (500-900€) per square metre. For example a 90m2 villa will cost between £36,000 and £63,000 (45,000 – 80,000€) depending on your choices and the materials used. However, we realise that you may wish to build more than just a house on your land and we will provide competitive estimates for anything you require. From swimming pools to waterfalls, from lanscaped gardens and walls the only limit is your imagination!

Timescale

Obviously every project is different and has its own timescale, as a rough estimate a villa can be built within 3 months. Before building commences on your property in Turkey we will give you an approximate finish date.

Every step of the way we will keep you informed with photographs and updates and you will be welcome to visit your construction as often as you wish.

Do I need to be in Turkey often?
It is entirely up to you, you can be here as often as you wish. You will be kept fully informed regardless.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made directly from your home country through a variety of methods. Installments to suit your requrements can be arranged.

How much choice do I have in the design?
All decisions will be made jointly with yourselves and our company, you will have as much control and input as you wish.

What am I allowed to build in Turkey?
Some constructions are not possible in this area, e.g tower blocks but all designs and ideas within reason will be considered. Full details will be provided during the design process.

Can alterations be made during the process?
You can have full input into the design process and make alterations while the plans are being drafted and minor changes can be made during construction. We will stay in contact throughout the building process and you will be kept fully informed of all progress and decisions.
