I am originally from a city called Bursa which is in the north of Turkey and moved to Side Antalya in 1990 . I came to this area initially to work with family as a tour operator/car rental. Whilst working with my family and selling property part time I realised that property was where my heart lies and decided to branch out on my own. Side Estate Agent, established in 2004, has gone from being just myself to a large family run business based in the heart of Side.

Suzanne ÖZEN
I am originally from Bristol, England and relocated to Turkey in 2003 after many years of happy holidays in Side. I married Sükrü in 2004 and we have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Laila. I have found it easy to settle here as the area is wonderful and the locals have been very welcoming. I admit the climate here suits me better than the UK although I do enjoy christmas with my family in England!
I am fully intergrated into life in Turkey and have found that all amenities and facilities I have needed have been easily accessible and far more than adequate. Our daughter was born here in Turkey and I have nothing but praise for the healthcare I received during my pregnancy and for her birth.
Although looking after our daughter is a full time job I am always on hand to help and advise customers about investing in property in Side and the practicalities of living in Turkey. As my husband is Turkish I now have dual nationality so I have the best of both worlds. Having lived in Turkey for a number of years I have gained much knowledge of the legal aspects of residing in this country and would be happy to share my experience with you.

I am also originally from Bristol, England but have been so tempted by life in Turkey that I have decided to make Side my home, alongside my sister Suzanne. I moved here permanently in 2007 and am thoroughly enjoying the relaxed way of life! Since my arrival in Turkey I have been learning the ropes of the family business from my brother-in-law and helping with English translations. I have enjoyed meeting many customers from all over the world and hope to provide a friendly familiar English face throughout the process of buying in Turkey.
I am also enjoying the many other aspects of Turkish life including the glorious sunshine, the wonderful sandy beaches, the wide variety of restaurants and the warm friendly people. We are Debbie and Darren and we are based in Worcestershire in the
UK. We have had our Turkish property for four years now and looking
forward to making it our home in the near future. We have known Sukru
